I've probably gone on longer than i should but if gameplay and offline modes are your thing then PES it should be.
Options Files of course help bring unlicensed teams up to scratch with some amazing work from the PES community and it's a community that seems to work together for a better game but with the inclusion of Juventus being exclusive to PES and the inclusion of all Euro 2020 qualifying teams coming next year, PES have been flexing their licenses muscles more than I've ever seen them do. Not dived into Master League yet because the up to date transfers for all clubs will not land until the 12th September but from what i have seen the addition of legend players as managers could prove to be fun and dialogue options before and after matches and in the lead up to big derby games add to immersion which is something Master League has lacked for years - not ground breaking but a step in the right direction as the cliche goesĬommentary and Presentation are still nowhere near as great and immersive as FIFA is and along with very little additions to M圜lub where again FIFA's Ultimate Team is a superior game mode to PES' version this does stop the game being a perfect score for meīut on the pitch PES gets it spot on for me which ultimately at the end of the day is why I play sports games., i want the game that has the best gameplay. Shooting is excellent, passing is fluid most of the time, pace is very noticeable for players with high pace compared to players who don't.

Right off the bat I love the gameplay in PES 2020, the pace is really good where you can play a tactical passing game of football or if you have fast wingers and full backs you can play good counter attacking football and the finesse dribbling helps out get out of tricky situations when being pressed by AI/user opponents. If you have a young talented player who is valued at 5 million, and you know his value will increase but if you try and sell him you can’t ask for more than 3-4 million. And the transfer money is bad, you can’t sell or buy till a certain amount, every player has a fixed cost which is a shame. Decides that the player is not suitable for your club, even though your club is bigger. The transfer market is very unrealistic as you’ll have to go to settings and make it easy to sign the player you want to sign cause most of the times the A.I. The main reason for buying PES was for master league, but it’s over hyped, yes you can choose your manager avatar but nothing very special, the press conference is just the same 2-3 questions that are repeated every season. It’s like FIFA is on steroids which is not a bad thing. If you’ve been playing FIFA and you play PES this game is a whole lot slower while playing. Pros: good graphics, licensed stadiums are on point to the accuracy, smooth gameplay.
